Pennant Park (formerly INOP – Interstate North Parkway) comprises ten buildings ranging from 8,500 sqft to 150,000 sqft, situated over 67 acres. This area is just northeast of SunTrust Park and The Battery. ATS Waypoint performed a challenging controls upgrade on all ten buildings, taking them to a Niagara 4 platform.

Amazon Distribution Centers
Amazon attracts approximately 65 million customers to its U.S. website per month, making it the world’s largest online retailer. ATS Waypoint provided building automation and controls for five warehouse fulfillment centers in Virginia, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Each of these warehouses is 1 million sqft. These warehouses are heated and cooled with packaged rooftop units. ATS integrated each rooftop unit into a web-based control system via the BACnet protocol.
8000 Avalon
8000 Avalon is a 224,000 sqft, 9-story office building located in Alpharetta, GA. 86-acre mix-used development in the heart of Alpharetta. ATS Waypoint provided a building automation system that features IP-based field level controllers to the VAV/PIU boxes along with a BACnet integrated lighting control system. Additionally, ATS Waypoint provided the electronic security package, including IP-based intercoms, access control, elevator controls, IP-based video surveillance, and parking gate arm controls.
College Football Hall of Fame
The College Football Hall of Fame is a 94,256 sqft museum in downtown Atlanta dedicated to the greatest players and coaches in college football history. The Atlanta location opened in August 2014. ATS Waypoint provided a complete BACnet building management system, along with VAV, AHU, and RTU units connected to the BACnet system.
