The Devon data center was developed in Oklahoma City in 2009. The project consisted of water-cooled chillers backed up by air-cooled chillers located inside the building behind tornado-proof dampers to keep the building operating in case of a natural event.

ATS Waypoint completed this LexisNexis facility in Alpharetta, GA, in 2002. The building is a mixed-use office/data center site. All air handling units are fed from the chilled water plant which has a well backup and air-cooled backup chillers.
