Eighth Avenue Place, located between 8th and 9th Avenues and 4th and 5th Streets SW in Calgary Alberta, was conceived to inspire and elevate Calgary’s business leaders today and in the future. Starting with a single glass tower and then growing to two, the architectural composition is a masterpiece.
Designed with incomparable architectural skill by Pickard Chilton, experienced development management by Hines, and constructed by Ellis Don with best-in-class materials, Eighth Avenue Place will be distinguished by its environmental and corporate leadership.
Eighth Avenue Place East was completed in 2011, and Eighth Avenue Place West followed in 2014. The complex provided 1,850,000 sqft feet of office space and was pre-certified LEED Platinum.
