ATS provides budgetary quotes during design and is a responsive and consistent bidder on bid day. The ATS operations team is known for on-time, quality projects that meet the design intent.
Design/Build Type Projects
ATS works with you from pre-construction to completion – integrating and streamlining your systems’ design, engineering, and installation. One of the primary benefits of the design/build method is that it provides for the earliest commitment of guaranteed cost and delivery. ATS has a skilled staff of estimators with a wide variety of construction experience to prepare the estimates for proposed projects. If the cost begins to exceed the established budget, alternatives can be offered to bring the project back within the desired budget.
Direct to Owner Retrofits & Integration
ATS has performed extensive, occupied retrofits with minimal disturbance to the occupants of the building. ATS works with you and your staff to determine the age and status of your existing components to determine the most cost-effective solution that meets your goals. In most cases, by using open protocols like BACnet and Tridium/Niagara, many of your existing controllers and sensors can be reused.
