Brian Sprague, the Operations Manager for ATS Waypoint-Tampa, brings over two decades of industry experience to ATS. Before joining the ATS Waypoint team, he spent three years at ATS Rocky Mountain as a sr. project manager. His prior experience includes ten years of programming and implementing Metasys systems at JCI, as well as implementing Distech and KMC systems for five years. Additionally, he served as a facilities manager for a medical manufacturing facility. As the Operations Manager, Brian is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Florida team, handling diverse projects ranging from animal science to plan and spec work. He values building strong team bonds that extend beyond the walls of ATS. Outside of ATS, Brian has spent ten years coaching his daughter’s softball teams. Many of the players he coached have received or are pursuing softball scholarships, and he enthusiastically follows their continued success.
