ATS Waypoint performed a 91,650 sqft expansion and renovation of the Habersham County Medical Center. The renovation included a new emergency department addition with an underground parking area, new West Wing addition housing support spaces, and renovations within existing CT/MRI, surgery, radiology, and obstetrics departments. A large chiller plant and hot water plant heat and cool the facility with rooftop air handling units serving zone terminal boxes with reheat. Isolation rooms, operating rooms, and the pharmacy are equipped with room pressurization controls.
