James Neff is an experienced Operations Manager with over 40 years in the building automation and controls industry. James was the owner and Vice President of Advanced Automation Systems before the company was acquired by ATS Waypoint in 2022. With a background in hardware design, James has dedicated his career to controls and now serves as Operations Manager for ATS Waypoint, leading the technical and engineering teams in Florida. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Penn State and multiple industry certifications. As Operations Manager, James ensures effective implementation of building systems installation and design practices are kept while ensuring that ATS Waypoint exceeds client expectations. James is passionate about positively affecting his employees’ lives by instilling a proper work and home-life balance.
